How to Write 癫 (diān) — Meaning “insane; crazy; epilepsy”

Imagine a person with a disease (疒) that makes their head (顛) spin wildly — they are acting insane. The top part 顛 looks like a head, so picture a crazy person whose head is twisted upside down.
