How to Write 帻 (zé) — Meaning “Turban / Headgear”

Think of the radical 巾 as a piece of cloth wrapped around your head. Then imagine that it is your "responsibility" (责, pronounced zé) to wear this turban properly. Together, 帻 means "headgear" and shares the same sound as 责.

Write the left radical 巾 first: a short vertical, then a horizontal fold hook, and a long vertical ending at the same height.
