How to Write 忐 (tǎn) — Meaning “Unsettled (part of 'nervous')”

Picture a heart (心) that has jumped up (上) into your throat because you are nervous. The 'up' part shows the heart rising, creating a visual of anxiety. You can think: 'When I'm nervous, my heart goes up — that's 忐.'
