How to Write 饬 (chì) — Meaning “to order; to command; to put in order”

Imagine a chef (饣) shouting orders (敕) to the kitchen staff to "put everything in order." The left side looks like a bent food container, and the right side combines a "束" (bundle) with a "攵" (action), so think "bundle up the food with orders."
